kimberly lovett, founding partner, Allied ASID Member,
Bachelor of Science / Interior Design University of Texas at Austin Kimberly has 14 years of experience in residential and commercial interiors. She always believed she would be designing hotels and spent several years working towards this, when her passion turned to residential design. Her first job was with a residential building company, were she continued to work in the new home building industry prior to starting a+k design. It was in this industry that she assisted people in the selection and specification of finishes of their homes, both large and small. She developed her communication skills, attention to the details and dedication to building long term relationships with industry contacts and individual clients. Kimberly has traveled extensively and continually researches interior design trends both locally and internationally. She brings this knowledge along with her strong documentation and construction administration skills to each project. Kimberly enjoys reading, writing, baking and travel. During her travels she looks for new ways to incorporate trends in architecture, fashion and interiors she sees, in new and more feasible ways. |
